Effective October 8, 2026
StackClear Pro is an optional auto-renewing Patreon membership for daily library auto-sync, custom lists, profile personalization, and supporter features.
Optional StackClear Pro Membership
StackClear Pro is optional and is not required for core game tracking. It supports continued development and currently provides daily automatic sync of connected game libraries, custom game lists, custom profile photos and backgrounds, animated avatar outlines and other Pro-only profile items, and a Pro badge. It is a membership purchase, not a charitable donation.
Plans, Checkout, and Pricing
The StackClear Pro tier is currently offered through Patreon as a monthly membership. Patreon checkout shows the controlling price, currency, billing period, taxes, payment method, and material details before you join. Prices or taxes may vary by country and currency. No free trial or introductory offer applies unless Patreon expressly shows one. StackClear does not sell memberships inside the Android app.
Automatic Renewal
Your Patreon membership automatically renews monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date. Patreon charges your saved payment method and controls renewal timing, authorization, payment recovery, and any grace or hold period under its terms.
Cancellation
Manage or cancel the membership through Patreon. Disconnecting Patreon from StackClear, deleting StackClear, or deleting your StackClear account does not cancel the Patreon membership. Cancellation and the date paid access ends are controlled by Patreon.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by applicable consumer law and Patreon’s rules. Eligible web payments can be submitted for review through Patreon Billing History, generally within the period Patreon displays. Patreon or StackClear may review and issue a refund through Patreon’s tools; approval is not guaranteed except where required by law. Contact support@stackclear.net if you need help identifying the membership.
Entitlements and Account Linking
Pro status is verified through Patreon after you connect your Patreon account to StackClear. Connect the Patreon account holding the active StackClear Pro tier. One Patreon account can be linked to only one StackClear account at a time. Disconnecting removes the link and Pro access in StackClear but does not cancel the Patreon membership.
What Happens When Pro Access Ends
When Patreon no longer reports an active StackClear Pro membership, your library and core tracking data remain intact. Existing custom lists remain available to view and edit. Daily auto-sync stops, but connected accounts stay connected and you can still run imports manually. Creating new custom lists or selecting new Pro-only personalization requires active access; Pro-only profile treatments may stop displaying when access ends.
Benefit and Price Changes
We may add, remove, or modify Pro benefits as the service evolves. Patreon controls membership price changes and related notices, subject to applicable consumer law. If you do not accept a future price, cancel through Patreon before it takes effect.
Suspension and Expiration
Pro access may be suspended or end if payment fails, the membership expires, a payment is refunded or reversed, Patreon no longer reports the required tier, the Patreon connection is removed, or the associated StackClear account is terminated for a serious Terms of Use violation. We restore access when a valid connected membership is confirmed.
Privacy, Changes, and Support
Membership information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card or banking information by email. We may update these terms for legal, billing, or product reasons and will provide notice when required by consumer law. For access help, refresh Patreon status on StackClear or contact support@stackclear.net. For billing, cancellation, or refund help, use Patreon’s support and membership controls.
